Who We Are

Sultry Suds was founded by Jenna Scott in 2004, with the goal of offering consumers a truly natural line of handcrafted bath and bodycare products, made from the purest ingredients nature has to offer. Designed to soothe the body and inspire the senses, products are made using all natural ingredients, in small batches so that we can ensure the quality of each creation.

Jenna began her professional career working with a Toronto environmental group, using the knowledge she gleaned from a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies. She spent two years greening Toronto before moving on to the Canadian Cancer Society. Here she spent a year and a half working with a peer support program offering assistance to those newly diagnosed with cancer.

It was her experience working with cancer survivors that led her to return to school to study Holistic Nutrition and Herbal Medicine. While pursuing her studies part-time, she acquired a position in the Organic Foods Industry where she spent 4 years promoting the benefits of local and organic foods. An apprenticeship at a local Herbal Dispensary and a new-found interest in making natural soaps was the springboard and creative inspiration that would lead her along the path to creating Sultry Suds.

Jenna’s varied professional and personal experiences combined, offer a unique perspective on health, well-being, and the pervasiveness of harmful chemicals in our food, environment, and bodycare products. Sultry Suds was officially launched in 2004, a culmination of the creativity, and professional background of its owner. Jenna’s original goal was, and still is, to provide products that are not only beautiful and luxurious, but also therapeutic, natural, and kind to the environment.
